Can you put new grout over old grout?
Not reliably. Old grout needs to be raked out to a sufficient depth so the new grout bonds and lasts.
Do cracked tiles mean there's a bigger problem?
Sometimes. A single cracked tile may just be impact damage, but a line of cracks often points to floor movement. We'll check and explain.
