Do you do the plumbing and electrical work?
Plumbing and electrical work must be done by licensed tradespeople. We work with trusted local plumbers and electricians and can coordinate them for you, or work alongside your own.
Do I need building consent for a bathroom renovation?
Like-for-like replacements often don't, but moving plumbing or changing a shower to level-entry can. Check with your council (Christchurch City, Selwyn or Waimakariri) — we're happy to talk through your plans.
Can we still use the house during the renovation?
Yes, in most cases. We keep the work area tidy, contain dust as much as practical and clean up at the end of each stage.
